Terms and Conditions


We offer free standard delivery on all products on our website within 100 mile radius of our main showroom. Other areas of the UK will incur varied delivery charges, but the best possible deal will be made if you buy a piano from us. Please contact us should you require a quote for delivery as this is the best possible way for us to understand your situation. We reserve the right to charge for delayed or cancelled delivery appointments. We recommend contacting us on 01686 62 35 35 to discuss any delivery concerns. We will contact yourself regarding delivery once we receive your order to discuss delivery and any limitations.

Standard Delivery is: within a 100 mile radius of our main Showroom and no more than 5 steps excluding turns.

Delivery time frames will dependent on circumstances, and we will advise this on contact on order, or on enquiry. We aim to provide delivery of small items within 5-7 working days, and larger items within 2-3 weeks. However, we cannot guarantee these time frames, and they may be shorter or longer depending on requirements.


All orders that are place on the website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions. Your order becomes legally binding once we have accepted it.

An order acknowledgement email will be sent to you detailing the products you have ordered. Please note that this email is merely an acknowledgement of your order and not an acceptance or confirmation of your order by Stuart Jones Pianos Sales Ltd.

We will contact again to confirm we have accepted your order it becomes binding, subject to your rights of cancellation. Non-acceptance of an order by us will occur if: the ordered product is out of stock or unavailable; we identify a pricing or product description error; or we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment.

Except for all orders of Grand, Upright and Digital Pianos the acceptance of your order will take place on payment of the products.

If you have ordered Grand, Upright and/or Digital pianos the acceptance of your order will occur when you receive a confirmation note from us or on dispatch of the products, whichever is the earlier, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. We may suspend or refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.

To be eligible to purchase products on this website, and legally enter into and form contracts on this website under UK Sale of Goods Act 1979, customers must:

– be over 18 years of age

– register by providing their real name, phone number, email address, payment details and other requested information

– customers need to provide a valid delivery address for the chosen delivery country; (Please note that PO box numbers, hotels      and temporary accommodation addresses are not acceptable)

– and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us

Please note, that any order placed for delivery must be within mainland UK, and the British Isles. If you are Outside of the United Kingdom Please contact us on 01686 62 35 35 and we will endeavour to process any request or queries.

It is your responsibility to check that all details of your order, such as access and delivery, are correct and suitable to your requirements prior to placing your order to avoid additional charges.

Some portions of this website may require you to give us personally identifiable information on occasion. This information enables us to identify you. At Stuart Jones Piano Sales our pianos are meticulously prepared for delivery and always given a final check before they go out of the showroom. In the unlikely event that you deem your piano unacceptable upon arrival, we will assess the situation in a neutral manner in view of reaching a mutual agreement. Stuart Jones Pianos Sales Ltd does not accept returns for unfaulty goods. It is at the discretion of our technicians to determine whether or not the instrument is faulty. In the unlikely event that any customer changes their mind we will work with you to help and secure peace of mind and if necessary, find the right pricing and piano for you.


Stuart Jones Piano Sales reserves the right to alter pricing displayed on this website or any other marketing platforms at short notice. In the same vein, the website and other marketing promotions may change or end at any time. If you have seen a piano you like and it was on sale but no longer is then please contact us and the team will work hard to make sure we give you the best deal available. All prices quoted online are inclusive of VAT at the standard tax rate unless otherwise stated.

All goods remain the property of Stuart Jones Piano Sales Ltd until full payment has been received and goods delivered to the purchaser. We bear the risk of loss or damage to the Products until they are delivered, risk to the Products will pass to you when they have been delivered.

Contract of Sale will be organised by the team at Stuart Jones Piano Sales and this will usually be advance of delivery. The products will only belong to you once payment has been made in full, unless payment options have been agreed and put in place then payment in full is required prior to delivery. Until full payment is received, we may ask you to return the Products to us at any time. If you return the products to us for any reason, the product will become our property and our risk when we receive them.


Any email sent from Stuart Jones Piano Sales may contain information which is confidential and/or privileged. Unless you are the intended recipient, you may disclose, copy or share that information. If you should receive an email wrongly then please inform the sender immediately. Internet emails are not 100% secure at all times, Stuart Jones Piano Sales does not take responsibility for any alterations to correspondence after they have been sent. Utmost care is given to making sure that no viruses and alike are sent electronically. It is the responsibility of the recipient to ensure that any onward transmission will not adversely affect others electronic devises.
